Got myself a German leftie 3dr which I'm going to build into a trackcar, not havin enough fun in the 4x4 so backwards and onwards.
It's a 2.0is but not sure what suspension components are the same as cossie.Would like to coil over and stiff bush but not sure if just font legs are replaceable with cos stuff or do I need TVA/arbs etc to fit, back should be the same bar diff/bushes/shafts I presume.
Anyone got links to info sites on these or a replica build up maybe.....
Cheers

saph 2wd front coil overs fit fine on my standard 3 door sierra hubs, only problem is if your using the genuine 3 door cosworth alloys they wont fit properly and you will have to adjust the coilovers up a bit, but if you get some 3 door cosworth hubs it should fit fine
the rears will also fit but the rear inner wheel arch on the passengers side i think it was will need about 3mm bashing with a hammer to stop the springs rubbing and the mounting to the rear arms will need a few spacers either side of the coil over where it mounts in the bolt or just tighten the bolt to squash the mounting point which isnt ideal but will do
but the coilovers is a great upgrade mine handles like its on rails now and im not going to bother with a rear anti roll bar is it doesnt sway much atall with the coilovers anyway
ill try and find some piks for you so you can see tomorow

i'd defo try and get cossie hubs - saf and 3dr hubs are slightly different and you will need the relevant anti roll bar for them as there are two types of roll bars - or is it the track rod ends im thinking of, pinch bolt style, etc?
you can use the same cross member you have, will just need a hole drilling into it.
What engine you planning on running? if cossie you will need cossie fuel tank, fuel lines, etc - my saf has a twink and all of that has to be changed.

3 door one on left and saph one on the right, the bottom hole is the difference where the track control arm sits, the saph one uses a pinch bolt where as the 3 door one pushes through and is held on with a castle nut, and apparently the 3 door hub is at a slightly different angle or something to the saph one aswel just something ive heard i dont know if theres any truth in it
shame your in ireland ive got a full saph front setup here hubs tca's arb crossmember that i dont need

heres the front on the standard sierra hub non cosworth, it sits very close to the tyre which means ive had to adjust the coil over so that the adjusters sit above the tyre so that they dont rub and so the front sits higher which isnt ideal, theres about a 4mm gap now which still isnt enough imo but it doesnt rub

and heres the rear mounted at the bottom, ive just tightened mine together for now insted of puting some washers in to space it as that axle will be coming off in a week or 2 anyway
hope this all helps
