I am having my engine rebuilt over the winter and was speaking to stu he said it would be worth having oil spray jets fitted to the block. Wat is the best ones to fit and where can i buy them also wat oil pump is best to use with them cheers

 

idealy you need the eec4 block with the oil jets already in
