Default ebay advice!

basically i sold an engine on ebay 2 months ago, chap paid for the engine via paypal arranged to collect and never turned up. i have his mobile number which i spoke to him on to arrange but is not switched off and hes not responded to any of my e mails txts voicemails etc. im just wandering where i stand about reselling it? is there a set time i need to leave it? really need it out of the way!

seems very odd was he miles away i would relist the engine over 8 weeks ago hes not going to turn up

was about 2 hours away, was a fair chunk of money thats all! dont want to end up stuck with paypal takeing money out of my account! something must of happened to the guy! prison or worse!

Two months is also past the charge back time paypal allow so he cant go for his money back

after 45 days he cant do any disputes etc two months is long enough, email or text him saying he has 4 days to collect or its going

Effectively, that is no longer your engine.
He has paid for it and therefore it is now his.
Weird situation, you must be right, something must have happened to him.
As long as you keep his money ready in case he suddenly turns up after you have sold it, I can't see a problem with selling it again.
I always think in these sort of situations, "how would I want to be treated?"

ok then email him saying from two days time you are charging him 40 quid a day storage
