Default L8 ecu - i may have a problem

Hi dudes,

Picked up a level 8 ecu for my old nail at the weekend, and having a look at some picson the net of the workings-yes I know, a bit late for that! It appears to have the baby board missing from it and 4 screw holes and a redundant plug!

Part number is WD48.08/L3H.93 and IAW O48/01.

I know very little about the electronics side of these things, so do I take it I wasted my money here?!

Feel like a right dick- looked about inside and all looked to be ok - what a dufus!

Where can I get the missing part, or is the whole ecu no good?

Thanks

Weeksy

Tony and ima racing,

Well thats a relief! Thanks for that fellas. Karl Norris would be ble to help then?

Ksa Cossie,

I bought it as an unsold eBay item locally. It was cheap, and now I know why! At least it can be sorted though.

Appreciate your responses fellas, I was about to throw a real paddy then!

Tony shouldnt be advertising his company as a non paying trader, wouldnt wanna deal with the public as alot are clueless like that bloke who said i aint cleaned his injectors cause they didnt come back looking new not realising ultrasonic is like colonic irrigation of the anal passage as in internal

Don't get me wrong but I don't see Tony has advertised his own company, he just said should be able to get from the guys that do mapping. It was someone else who said try Turbosystems.
Or at least thats how I read it.
