Default newbie after advice and remap cost

basically i brought this, i wasnt going to buy a moded car but did but have found out that it hasnt had any corners cut and a lot of ££££ has gone into this and all work has been carried out by a ford garage

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/280758070948?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX: IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2648

and im just wondering if anyone has any information on it

its had fast road cams, racing clutch, bike carbs, 4-2-1 manifold, scorpion exhaust , lightend flywheel etc but is really tempromental its been sat for a while and i drove it back yesterday was a bit slugggy to start with but towards end of journey shifted and ran fine after half hour of running however on short trips its really slow and boggy and struggles to fire up as its overfueling

any ideas on how much it is going to cost to fix the problem ive been told it needs mapping again as it has had a new head and the old head had bigger valves in etc

cost to fix depends on whats wrong best thing to do is to take it to a good tuner and get them to look at it. wouldnt of thought the head would make that much difference at the power its meant to be putting out. i dont think a ford dealership would do a bodie conversion like that. Is there any proof of who carried the work out
