Don't understand what you define by "non turbo", they don't have a unique sound really.

Oh see what you mean, tbh I always found they sound like Pintos, on which they are based, if it's not broke don't fix it

No where near stage 3 at a bar that's for sure, weak actuator possibly.

If it's under a BAR you have something wrong, is your Amal valve working?

If it's clicking that is wrong, it should CLICK when the ignition is switched on (And so has power applied), clicking means it's being told to do so, i.e. bad TPS calibration, if not possibly a faulty valve.

So it clicks and if you disconnect/connect the plug it doesn't click? First thing to do if verify it has a good power supply, WITH the engine running, could be a wiring problem.

Oh I see so that seems to be working then, I thought you meant it was constantly clicking, maybe you have a boost leak/faulty actuator etc then...

have you dropped off the exhaust from the back of the turbo and had a look? Sounds like you may have lost a blade

Its a new turbo mate and yeah I have looked at the blades and they all seem fine

The turbo spins at about 1k or with a quick poke on the throttle

i bet its a 2wd manifold? they dont spin sometimes if the idle is low enouph, hence the non existant burble noise, this is normal,no faults here, just change of adjust the actuator to get the boostup.,and if you want it to spin on idle, raise the idle speed!
