While standing in a line of traffic waiting at a roundabout, my car was hit from behind causing quite a bit of damage. When I asked the driver what his excuse was, he said, 'I don't know, it must be the sun or something.' No injuries but some shock. So now all the hassle of telling the insurance company, taking the car to a specialist repair center, arguing over blame, do I get a loan car?, etc etc. Fortunately the driver of the car behind the Jaguar saw it all and is a police sergeant in the force area where it happened. Until the car has been in the dealer for an examination, I do not know if it is repairable or not.

Yeah if someone goes into the back of you its pretty obvious who's fault it is.

 

You'd think so wouldn't you, I was sat in the drivers seat of my mates parked car the other week when another mate reversed straight back into it! He then accused me of reversing into him!

 

Someone in Asda reversed into a space and then shot back, hit the car behind them and pushed it out of its space, what made me laugh even more was the 2 people in the car that had hit and pushed the parked car out of its space then got out and tried to push the car theyd hit, back into its space..
