FTAO Car refinishers
Im regulary doing the off bit of painting on the cars and for years along with my little compressor ive used a budget gravity fed gun. Im looking at upgrading the gun now after so long! as well as getting a larger compressor although it wont be too big due to space.
For the odd bit of painting I do it would be crazyness to pay £300 for a devilbiss gun. What Im wondering is, do I buy a Devilbiss starting line one, which is a gravity fed 1.3mm nozzle at £60, thier budget model, or do I buy a top of the range budget brand? Like a Sealey for the same price. I cant see the starting line Devilbiss living up to their name TBH when their guns are usually 4 -5 times the price!!!
Cheers

Hard to say mate as i've not used one. I have used a couple of the 60 quid sort of price budget guns before though and they aren't bad.
Personally i'd look to spend a little bit more and try and get a gti. They do occasionally come up on ebay new still.
