Can anyone help me with an information regarding a moment pressure (newton) of a bolts to screw the cylinder head to the engine block of a 1993 ford escort cosworth.

STAGE 1 - 25
STAGE 2 - 50
STAGE 3 - +90deg
STAGE 4 - +90deg
Check each bolt for 110NM (They shouldt move)
