how much power do you want?
megasquirt works best with high impedance injectors, around 15 Ohms.
i use Siemens Deka IV 630cc ones in my zetec turbo and should be enough for 125whp a pop at 3BAR fuel pressure.

Don't think thats the case, in relation to the internals at least, in N/A form they are tuned to 180HP +

At the other end of the scale the YB was massivly over engineered and you won't get near to reaching anywhere near the limits of the bottom end, should you take that route, but then it would seem a bit over kill imo!

well a standard injected pinto reaches 140bhp so ive read
atm my car is built together and running
all i need to do now is build together my cooling system and fabricate a pipe from manifold to intercooler

what is your suggestion marty? run as standard stock or put in megasquirt and injectors?
