Contact PTS for chip information and setup accordingly . Make sure your fuelpump is recieving good voltage supply under load not just an idle reading if its low then the pump might not be supplying enough fuel which is very bad for the engine .

voltage to low mate run a new feed to the boot and use original pump feed to trigger relay, you want about 13.4v if you can mate change fuel filter too and timing,

run a 20/30amp live supply straight from battery make sure its fused batt end, take same size cable for a neg too, find fuel pump wires in boot, the pump 12v is red / black iirc, take the neg from batt straight to pump, get a 30amp relay run new feed to relay, earth relay to chassis, live from relay to pump and use the original pump live to turn relay on, relay has diagram on it so quite easy

Ideally you want to see 13V+ (So alternator power) but so long as it does not drop below 12V which is all the pump needs anyway, it has to be checked UNDER LOAD.

The fuel pump wiring builds resistance over time, this is where the problem stems from, to OP if the car is new to you, you also need to make sure the cooling fans have been rewired, else you end up in a dangerous/non fan working situation, these are two chronic weak points on these cars!

I think i am gonna fit one of those new cables just to be 100%, might as well while the loom is out.

Let us know if it solves your problem please mate!
