Does anyone know where Sierra 3dr sunroof seals can be had? Ford dealer, do they still sell new, aftermarket or someone with new old stock? Mines dried up and getting brittle, no leaks at the moment but don't want to wait till it's to late.

 

If you after seal around sunroof I am pretty sure it is fitted before glass bonded on frame so won't be easy to change,

 

There are two sources here in the states that sell the seal but they want $210 and I know they are taking advantage of the fact that no one does the search to obtain from abroad, which is what I'm checking on. Given more time I'll check with Ford dealer over there.

 

Are you talking about the sunroof seal for the Sierra Sapphire ?

 

3dr Sierra or Merkur XR4Ti

 

Sierra Sapphire sunroof is the same like the 3 door Sierra

 

The sunroof isnt a perfect seal by design

And it relies on drain pipes that exit the car via the a post bottom of the doors and the rear inner arches in your boot side panels
