some of you guys might remember me from the old tyne n wear group site
i have the white L.H.D. SAFF 4x4

Although ive owned it 3 years now its been locked away in my garage in bits for about 2 1/2 years now .....long story ...but over the past 4 months ive fianally decided to get back on with it ...ive done loads with the help of some great friends and the cars really moved on from the stage it was in
not including the purchase price of just over 4k ive spent another estimated 5k
up to now anyway lol

ive finished painting all the floor and engine bay and very soon ill be on with the outer.....

the advice im after is which way to go with the engine

the car im building isnt going to be used everyday more a when the sun's out weekend toy

i havent got a particular budget in mind .....meaning im not a lottery winner but im not trying to do it all £100 if you know what a mean lol

i would just like some ideas
i am doing all the basics like alloy tanks n group A breather system, swirl pots , alloy rad n rs 500 intercooler, silicone hose etc etc

the main advice im looking for is engine spec ...cams , injectors, chips, valve springs pistons headgaskets , manifolds, turbos, headwork,etc etc

so ..any (serious) advice will be great....
