Default seat ibiza cupra r

seriously thinkin of selling the cozzy soon as i just dont use it and want something quick that i can use everyday as am a bit bored of the diesel focus.

been thinkin of a clio 172 cup but would prefer something with a turbo.

seen a few nice ibiza cupra r for under 3k and ive always fancied one.

are they any good?

my mate has a standard leon cupra r and that thing seems really quick for 225bhp.

That's strange as they share the same platform/chassis! The only thing that is a bit bigger is the boot.

Go for the leon, has decent handling out of the box too

nice cars imo. a mate has the ibiza cupra as well as a leon cupra. ibiza goes better, but i have to sya, ti feels a bit more tinny and less well built in general when compared to the leon.

dicko why would you have the 172 over the ibiza? surely they cant be as quick?
been offered a mk6 fiesta zetec with a 2.0 zetec turbo and some cash which am tempted with but dont know how reliable it would be.

If you get a seat get yourself on the eibach website and order an anti role bar kit. it'll be the best mod you'll ever do! I've got a leon tdi which is modded from 130hp to 230hp and the only problem i've had is a brake light switch, thats in 6 years and the 81k i've put on it.

Baz have you drove a Clio Sport yet? Really fun cars. I always gave mine the death and it needed nothing. They are surprisingly good in fuel too.
Infact my mates just bought a new S3 and it's already up for sale as he misses his 182.
If I sold my Escort I'd defo buy another 172!
