Afternoon all,
Am out in the garage at the moment seeing how i will mount my floor mounted pedal box. How have you all secured it down? I know nut and bolt but i need the pedal box to sit a bit off the floor. Should i just use a bit of box section? Or what else could i do to raise it of the floor about 4cm?
Just want some ideas, pics would be great!
Cheers

why does it need to be off the floor mate
your most likely gonna have to make a false floor to rest your feet on anyway so you will be bringing the whole set up quite high if you get what i mean

You see the angle of the pedal box and the angle of the actual pedals, it needs raising slightly (block of wood). Also it helps with the position of the seat/pedals. It will have a false floor also.
i would just get a flat piece or metal (nothing too thick) bolt or weld that down
then bolt the peddles to that then it wont sit to high for the faulse floor
trust me your gonna need a faulse floor to rest your feet on

Something like that? lol

if the floor isnt level or flat just put a strip if mettle down first then the peddle box
same on the bulk head side
faulse floor sits infront of the peddles at what ever hight suits you really
