amal valve jet question msd maybe?
i have a 2wd saph running msd chip board l8 , with t3 the car was running about 17 psi with 1 hole on the -31 actuator is the restrictor meant to be removed from the amal valve ?

yes mate thats the one i was just wondering i normally just runa bleed valve & never touch it again but this saph is still using the amal valve so thought i would stick with it
