im looking to buy a set of bosch 701's at a reasonable price and if poss recond. in looking i found item no170690306017 on ebay claiming to be a popular upgrade instead of the normal 701's as they flow 1cc more and are cheaper,they are a re manufactured item but the part number it gives is an opel vauxhall injector but in the add he says that it is a cvh rs efi model part.hoping somewone could shine some light on them as have an airtec stage2 frontmount and 195 superchip and forge actuator that want to fit alltogether but cant untill can source some good injectors.....

 

As i already said in an earlier thread of yours 701's or equivilent wont get you 240 bhp mate

milesy wat injectors do u recomend and will they b ok 2 run on the 195 chip or will i av to bollox around wit standalone management?

 

Yes they will be ok with the 195 chip but 701's max out at around 210-220bhp, not 100% on what injectors to use to be honest but might be an idea to put a post in the escort rs turbo forum and ask what is recommended

 

i have an efi rs engine in mine roughly the same setup, i have beige injectors n a 195 chip with ofab. had it dynod a month ago at 205.7 bhp 189.9 torque n 15 psi, he told me i can get 250 bhp as it is easily, but as he wasnt sure if my pistons n rods were upgraded, he said hell leave it at that! he said if i want any more than that i need green 803s n omex 600 ecu setup! hope that helps mate
