Is there any local good salvage yards about in the NE (Sunderland, Washington, Newcastle)??

I'm after a couple of daft bits for my Focus Mk1

 

You have NE Autosalvage at Peterlee and they were in Sunderland just over the QE bridge. There is also Ford Parts at Dunston which is a Ford only breaker. Just next to the Ford dealer off the A184 next to A1.

Ahh I wondered where the one at the queen Alexandra bridge had gone.

i was at dunston ford spares the other week for some rear caliper pins for the cozzy which they didnt have but gave me some focus ones for free and told me to grind a bit off the end as they are the same.
top blokes.

also theres a massive scrap yard at newburn and u get to take the bits off yourself that you need.

 

Sure there's a ford breaker at the bottom of west gate road. There used to be anyway unless they've moved. There's also a boy along the road from vickers in the industrial units/recovery that breaks fords more old ones though he used to go by the name of "the toy box" or summit like that
