Default Help with my xr2

I have a mark 2 xr2 which I race. The car is a bit tail happy at the moment and want to improve it's handling. It has Leda suspension on the front with camber adjustment and adjustable avo's on the back, I am not sure what the current spring ratings are and think this may be the problem. Can anyone advise me what springs should be used on the front and rear?

i used to race a MK2 XR2 and it handled brilliant, i also had leda on the front and i beleive 500lb rear springs but will check as i have the details somewhere, also had the caged welded the to front pillars and a small strengthen plate across the front chassis as this is a weak point, mind you i used to race a Renault 5 gordini and anything handled better than that.

The car doesn't handle badly at the moment but I think it could be better. The grip at the front is great but it could be better on the rear.

i reallise you race so might already have a roll cage.
but when i stripped mine out the rear end was skitty diving into corners and i could even pick the back end up by hand in a squat position.
the rear end definately needs more weight over the axle to pin the tyres down. otherwise it starts to steer a bit like a forklift when ya hacking it through bends.

700 on rear with 300 on front is close to what I thought they should be. Trouble is I don't know what is currently fitted on my car. Should the springs be marked to indicate their rating? Also what length and diameter are the springs you have fitted?
