dump valve fitment S-Max

Mate's got an HKS SQV and wants to stick it on his S Max. How straight forward is it to do as some guides I've found mention drive shaft removal??

I wouldn't fit one personally but from what I have gathered the factory valve is part of the turbo thus not as straight forward as most.
