Torque settings for sierra and escort wheel nuts

I have a Sierra mk2 XR4x4 and my girlfriend has a mk 6 escort cab and i was wondering if anyone knew what torque settings i should use for the wheel nuts?

85 Newton Metres is the usual ford setting apart from galaxys where its 110nm
