Default is two inches too low!

I fitted my ford rs mud flaps on my mk4 earlier and they sit 2 inches off the floor so will scrape like fook over speed bumps but look quite cool!
Is 2 inches too low!?
What do you guys think would look better, front and rear or just rear? ?? (I'm in two minds)

mine sat low. Less than an inch gap between flat ground and mudflap(genuine) no problems scraping on the ground and looked good.

If they are hard plastic ones then they will rip straight off, I found out the hard way

The soft flexible ones should be fine though!
