Give OS (Old School) Motors in Dundee a call. Mark Binnie and Mark Taylor are both top blokes, they're Ford daft and they'll help you in any way they can. They picked up my MK4 Escort last Thu from Perth along with my 2.0 Blacktop turbo engine and the engine was in ready to be plumbed in and wired up by 2.30 on Fri. They've sourced plenty of cheap parts for me and been excellent at keeping me in the loop throughout. 07592 368644 is Mark Binnie's number.

My fiesta ST engine let go a while ago, a mate any myself swapped it in in a day, we didn't stop to 3am and only had fluids and a spanner check to do next day. Got no time to do another one tough unfortunately but it's fairly straightforward! What actually happened mate?

its been burning butt loads of oil for the past 2 years and last weekend it decided to give up! pretty sure the piston rings went as i lost power and it was making a horrible tinny banging noise!

me and a bloke at my work swapped the engines over at the weekend. he's worked at my work for 6 months and used to be a mechanic! i had no idea, so he offered to do it for me!

im stripping the old engine down over the week to see whats wrong with it and what parts i can salvage and sell!

Fs!! Aye I got mine from mk3 mondeo spares on eBay along with mk3 calipers! Wouldn't go to Jamsport mate, save yourself the cash n buy my sct handset and Jamsport 185 map and I'll give you details of a guy on stoc that unlocks handsets for 50 (that's how I got it to work on mine!)

I've got a ramp etc and my shed is just outside Peterhead. I will easily do it for a small fee.
