Hi guys I have got a mondeo st200 but was wondering if escort cossy wheels would fit on it? Also what does it look like? Has anyone done it?

The offset of the cossie wheels is wrong for the mondeo. The rears will scrub when the car has people in the back, especially when lowered. The fronts will scrub the inner arch when on full lock.
Have a look here: there are a few pics of mk1 and mk2 mondys with cossie wheels on.

Is it not just as much the rim width (8") as the offset that gives the problem with 'real' Escort Cossie wheels. The Mondeo 5 spoke ones work because they are only 6.5".
I could get 225/50-16" under the rear arches (and front) of my lowered Mondeo Mk2 LX (FRS engined) but had to use Focus 52.5mm offset wheels to do it.

it doesn't help but you can fit 8 inch wide rims if they are the correct off set without any issues, as i have 18s on at the moment that are 8 inch wide, but they are the correct off set for the mondeo.
the mondeo cossie look ones are around et40-42 iirc and are the cossie ones not et25 which means they already will sit abot 15mm further out any way.
