I am going to get the tappets changed on my escort cosworth small turbo.

Going to get a set in INA and get a top end gasket set, is there anything else I should change while getting it done.

The engine is standard and done 100k and not going to take it over 300bhp when I do get it tuned.

decent oil and filter mate at same time might sound obvious.......check cam shafts are good and ur away mate

 

just done mine on my small turbo cossie, while the head was off i reground all the valves bk in, changed the valve stem seals, new cam bearings (burton power cheapest and good make), and the tappets,
