MORE ZETEC QUESTIONS!
Luckily for me ive landed maself a new job on alot more money!
So therefore ma budget has been extended like ron jeramies doo dahh!
Only fing is theres sooo many ppl out there doin zetec engines and so many prices i just dont know who to choose.. i want a 2.0 on throttle bodies,cams,lightened,ported head etc.. idealy id like to get 190+bhp n if possible crack the magic 200bhp. As its goin in the XR2 im gonna need alot of wiring and harness' etc.. Trust do all that but there basicly std engines on t/b's and there special managment system..
Ne pointers guys.. gettin well frustrated now.. wanna get ma engine sorted b4 i begin body work (as will need to be worked round the engine)

You will be very lucky to crack 200 brake with that lot, i would say 185 tops.
I cant really do much more with my 2.0 so im going for nitrous to get over the 200, professionally fitted of course.

Someone on Fiestaturbo.com is building a high power 2.0 Zetec and the spec is something like this.
2.1 2070cc forged high compression pistons, 12.5:1 or something like that, steel rods, L&B bottom end, Gas flowed head with bigger valves, race spec custom cams, solid over size lifters ( solid Vauxhall ones ?? ) double valve springs, titanium valves spring retainers, Twin 48's
, unknown ECU, Custom 4-1 manifold, 803's Cossie green fuel injectors, Nology plug leads plus loads more. He was going for something like 200+bhp

cheerz guys.. had an idea no1 has tried yet either.. altho i kno costs are big,but as i sed my new job has let me spread my wings..
ppl hav done cvh,zetec,zvh,zetec turbo.. ben in PF is goin for his rwd cvh powered xr2..but the words duratec spring 2 mind.. i just want sumfin different..

just a gasket for now i think my sis car! been thinking about mk2 fiesta 24v monde engine mod the sump to fit seems far out but all that power without the turbo.any luck with knowing what size the bolts are?

i know,would have to cut the bolkhead about use the 24vgearbox and get drive shafts made but the rest of it relly is just swapping over.its just a thought but how many people have you heard of doing this mod.think of the 1/4 mile with all that torque.is that your cabs in the pics?
