I'm going, I've gone onto early shift this week especially so I can make it like the walking dead at the moment not used to getting outta bed at 4am

want to take the cossie but weather is looking a bit suspect it might have to be the van

Next meet is Wednesday 17th, we are hoping for good weather so we can show the MLR boys what we're about, come along and support if you can.

We have a raffle and car of the night trophies

im going, meet is awesome now its RS and MLR, but two fav makes of cars

 

Hopefully I'm gonna swerve work tomorrow and I should be there weather is looking ok too

dropping my car off at the bodyshop tonight Jimbo and wont get it back till sat morning ,also my sons 18th today so all the family are taking him down the local boozer for his first legal drink

 

I'll be heading over tonight. First one for a long time and gives me an excuse to polish up the car before we leave

Had a chap ring me last night from kent Nick about finding a local group ,told him your meets are 3rd wed of each month,thats right is it not matey the 21st of september?

 

I think its this evening ?

Might take a drive out if it is.

Will be the last one i goto this year, as it gets too dark and nobody brings the RS's out.

I think a few chaps from this way are heading over tonight ,about time kent had a dry night as they have been unlucky with wet meets this year

Thanks to all who came out for our September meet one othe best this year, we will continue to meet at Brands on the 3rd Wednesday until November, there will be no car of the night or raffle, both make a return in April.

December and January meets will be on the same night but at The Moat public house at the bottom of Wrotham Hill. (just off M26)

We will return to Brands in February.

are these worth going to over winter. I havent been to one before and dont wanna spend the 40quid fuel money to get there for poor turnout etc? Cheers luke

 

Always a great turnout for this meet I've been on a number of occasions and some top rs's there too, one of my fav meets.cheeRS Jason.

 

is there a dif between summer and winter though?if so i might save it till march or april

 

Definately bruv, during the winter months all clubs go a bit quiet as people start to lay their cars up but saying that us lot at middx just encourage people to turn up in what ever, its all about the attendance

Its true that the turnout will be down compared to the summer months but people still turn up in their Daily drivers if their RS is laid up.

Quick update, we are back at Brands hatch for the summer we have 18 cars booked for Central Day, still time for any full member from the Kent area to join us £12 must be paid by March meet, also we still have a couple of spaces for our rolling road day after some people had to pull out £30 April 1st, isle of Sheppey
