USED 4 Wheels & Tyres off Ford Fusion
I have the following 4 wheels and tyres that I took off my Ford Fusion to repalce with alloy wheels.

I'm guessing these are 6x15 because the tyres are 195/60/15
I'll go down the garage and look on the back of them tomorrow for you

Yes the will bolt straight on and the bolts are included.
