Default 4x108 to 4x100 adaptors, are there such things?

Pretty much as title says really, at the risk of sounding stupid, is there anything available off the shelf, without having to get custom parts from a machine shop?
The reason being, i've been looking for bloody ever for a set of TSW Evo's (not evo-r's) in better condition than mine, (which isn't hard!) theres a set on ebay that tick all boxes, except they're the wrong pcd. Is there any way to overcome this?

Yes you can get them, or do what a friend did and drill his hubs on his sierra so they could have the standard 4x108 ford studs in or, as he did knock the studs out and screw in wheel bolts for the vauxhall wheels he used, the only thing he needed to watch was the massive offset of the vaux's was 49mm I think versus the ford 34mm.
