Mondeo zetec oil pressure relief valve?????

Mondeo zetec oil pressure relief valve?????
I took the oil pressure relief valve out to check if it was stuck but whe i undone it the bits fell out so i do not know if the valve goes in first or the spring, Can anyone advise?
