Default How much boost are you guys running on your standard frs engine+turbo?

Wondering what you guys are running your mark1 focus rs lumps? I need to put on a new actuator but wondering what a nice safe boost level might be for mine..........standard engine internals and standard turbo.

Running a k+n and dreamscience though, 222bhp at the wheels with a weak actuator

Any suggestions??

cheers
