Basicly my mk4 died of rust and I've got a clean base mk3 shell to put it in.

I take it the s2 loom won't fit the mk3 clocks or swithch gear,
So am I better or converting it over to efi ?

Also can I run the gearbox craddle and s2 front anti roll bar ?

 

i have used a s2 loom in my turbo'd mk3 xr3. you are right about the loom not fitting the clocks and switchgear. you need the mk3 plugs wired onto the mk4 loom.its a horrible job and probably not worth the effort. better off finding a mk3 loom and splicing your chosen engine loom into that imo.

the gearbox craddle can be made to fit but you will need to mod the cross member. not sure if the arb set up can be used but i'm sure someone else on here will know

 

If it means splicing the loom probly easyer to go efi I guess. Seperate bay loom then
