Default S1 arches on an S2 how hard?

I suspect the 8j rims and 235 tyres i now have for the rear of the Gartrac may be a little too wide for the S2 arches! How much work is involved in fitting S1 arches and are they easy enough to get???
Cheers Spadge...

wont give ya any more clearance spadge...IIRC the actual steel arch on the s1 is the same as the s2, it just looks wider as the s1 bodykit sits fully over the arch rather than just the lip on the s2.

spadge have a look at the F2 escort wrc rally cars from a few years back they had arch kits on them because of wide track, its an idea and is def a motor sport look which is what you are after.

Just been looking at some pics of my car and the way the rear wheels sit in the arches now and i might just get away with the extra width! The Rondells on the rear at the moment are ET36 and 7.5j and have 205's fitted so the ET35 8j 235's will only sit out about 15mm max more! What do you reckon?
