I have just fitted cosy front brakes and a rear disc conversion and I have no brakes, the peddle just goes straight to the floor. I have also replaced the master cylinder with a new one but still no joy. Help needed.

 

i know this sounds stupid but have you put the front brakes on the right way up as i done that and same thing happened to me

 

Yes I have m8. I have also put the rear calipers to the top so that the bleed nipples or to the top so that I could bleed them.
