new bottom end with h section steel con rods and forged cosworth racing pistons
re-worked cylinder head with 3 angle valve seats,ported,faced and re built with stainless valves and a nms spec solid lifter cam shaft
ap 6 paddle clutch
cosworth management
rev limiter is mapped to hard cut a 7200rpm
nms spec t3
aquamist water injection
cts stage 1 gearbox
rear seats stripped
racetech boost,water,oil,volts gauges

went on a rolling road yesterday and was well pleased with the results

had the bonnet over 2 years now swapped my standered one for it of a lad in our local group

 

Yes it was off the S1 I have just bought,, the turbo technics one

 

nice s1 that would look better with my bonnet lol

that's a good power curve for a t3.

what boost was you running ?

 

1.8 bar its been mapped to peak at 26psi

 

lovely car mate. Not keen on the plate but each to there own.

Got any engine bay/interior pics?

 

Looks tidy mate have to agree with the others though normal plate would be a vast improvement.

 

get a decent head you will make that power at 15 psi on a zvh
