I need a new oil sump for my '90 spec S2

Been searching the passionford forum and it seems that an original would be the best fit. Unfortunately Ford Denmark wants £200 for a new oil sump.

Where can i buy an original or same quality oil sump in the UK ??

Preferably one that post to Denmark

Try ebay mate, thats where i found mine

 

im sure its tricky dicky that sells the decent tanks on ebay
he is from aroung the birmingham area

 

I have looked at ebay and did find a new sump, but does aftermarked sump fit just as well as an original, read that they where prone to oil leak. Or is it a question of getting an original gasket ??

Could find one at trickydicky, but azcarpartsuk has one !
