not sure what oil to go for after i've started running in my engine in the next few weeks.
with the zvh i went with 10w40 millers cfs, not sure what grade i should go for as the opie oil site isn't helping out much at the moment.
also, i could do with recommendations for FRS gearbox oil too.

i ran mine in on 10w 40

 

I've got oil to run it in on, I mean afterwards.

 

Gear oil is MT75 oil

Engine oil either 5w30 or 5w40 fully synth
