Just curious what bhp and what boost do you think is ok for this set up

uprated fuel pressure regulator
turbo reworked to phase 3 (hybrid garret )
hi lift 285 t2 cam antipump lifters ect ect

The MFI fuelling is your limiting factor, followed by your rods, anything from 200-240bhp if the metering unit is working well.

I thought Pace intercoolers couldn't go much past the 190 horses barrier due to the ACT's getting too high.

If you have a fuel metering unit then your MFI if you dont and have a inlet manifold with EFI stamped on it and a fuel rail with electronic injectors your EFI.
With your spec and EFI you could make 260-280bhp but your rods will bend/break at over 240bhp if your not careful!

Only if it's a DC IC, if it's a full front mount then it's fine.

Hiya mate,

Tbh, if the injection system is working properly it should be easy and smooth to start with the injector plugged in. Unplugging it is really just masking a problem. Your best bet is to have the system checked out and set up by a pro, in the long run it will save you lots of money and tears.

A badly set up car will ruin your engine in no time.

Good luck

True Joe, maybe the GRS doesn't come with fans. But either way, its a great piece of kit. In the end i bought a Radtec but the GRS was a close AND cheaper second.
