Wots the most psi a standard t2 turbo and actuator run it's running 165bhp superchips chip pace intercooler and a piper cam, been told could run 10psi that correct???

 

Want to push 12psi out it if possible

 

a T2 will do about 18psi but it wont last long, the safe limit is max of 15psi really, but the std actuator wont allow that much, your need a upraded one.

myself, i wouldnt advise more than about 12 psi on a std T2 and thats what i run on a 195 set up

 

il just be running stage 1 12 psi will do me on std turbo and actuator

 

now anyone selling -31 actuator

 

your be alright then with 12, this is, provided your turo nots on its last legs now.

this is the actuator i have on my car, ive had it on there for years now, prob getting on for 7/8 years, still going strong and cant fault it one bit

there good mate, ive not had to touch mine, but unlike a -31 sealed unit, you can strip them down and repalace the spring and diaphram.
or if you want a stronger spring , order one and fit it,

 

ye might if i decide to go more power or no.

 

saves buying another complete unit then fella
