Looking for a good spec/big power escort or fiesta rs turbo for a friend of mine

Pref wants to spend around 6 - 7k which should buy a good power rs turbo! Will spend more than the 7k if the car has a massive spec

why dosent he build 1? get a decent rst 4-5 grand and spend rest on a good spec.

Usually big spec rs turbo's go for 6-7k. To build a 300+bhp rs turbo it costs more than 6-7k and takes a while to build etc. he just wants one that is all done ready really

or do what i done scrap the idea of a big power rs turbo leave it standard
