I've recently just purchased a fiesta rs turbo it's pretty much standard but I'm away to make it stage 1 with pace intercooler still on t2 turbo, I'm just wanting stage one as I'm away run it as a daily runner. Wots the most psi u can run on standard actuator on t2??

 

add beige injectors and a msd chip to your spec, poss a hybrid t2 and a bar of boost and it will be a real flyer

well in that case you will need to speak to who ever is supplying your stage 1 chip, I think MSD do a 165 chip so you would have to ask them what boost to set it at so it fuels correctly.

stage 1 chip only removes (or sets a different level) of boost limit..

All depends on what ECU you're running
0FAB is running 8 PSI 0FAC is running just 7 or 7.5psi as the standard boost limit.

With a stage 1 (165) chip, the only thing done is to raise this boost limit to around 14 or 15 psi. and as the name states, you can reach around 165 BHP with it.

i have a 0FAC with 175 Ahmed Bayoo chip, doing a max of 15psi (before it cuts in) and does 198BHP (of course with some more adjustments like intercooler, cam, fuelpump, fuelpressure, T3)
