as said, make sure there are no bits missing or bending on the blades
the shaft of the turbo will move up and down a little but not by alot, few mm maybe, but if you can pull the shaft out, even a little, its probably fucked
check for cracks in the exhaust housing
check the wastegate penny for cracks, make sure it shuts nicely against the housing
you will only be able to get hold of the nut on the end and that enough
as said also check for any crackes etc
Cheers mate look well clean apart from a tiny bit on one edge of the blade, it might just be the picture though. The trouble is i dont know how much a tiny little bit on one blade effects the turbo. Apparently the guy can be well trusted though

it will effect the ballance of the unit
if the blades are damaged in anyway
if it has any damage what ever or how every big or small then dont bother mate
