engine spec for fast road sierra 4x4 ???
Hi,
I want to build cosworth with ~420-450 bhp but with good drivability. Please help me with the spec. Which parts should I use. This is my current spec:
sierra 4x4 engine
Dark greens
3 bar map sensor.
Group A Head bolts.
Group A gaskets.
T34 turbo from lancia delta integrale with .63 housing
RS500 intercooler.
tubular 4x4 exhaust manifold
ported head
pocketed std pistons
3 way breader system
Questions:
-which cams? bd10 exhaust bd16 (bd14) inlet?
-do i need to use inlet manifold spacer or it would be better to buy manifold like this: http://www.oppligermotorsport.com/im...s/DSC01136.JPG
-which turbo? I can get brand new garrett gt2876R for good price. Will it do the job?
-currently i have std actuator with manual boost controler. shoul i change it (-31, -34,..)?
regards,
Maciek

The Injectors you will have to ditch, 803s want flow for your power
T34 @ 450 is a no-no to GT3071 or T38
Cam, the ABO7 is a good call with standard exhaust
4x4 Transmission maybe a weak point too.
Sorry to sound so negative....
