Strange noise on boost

Hi, when my turbo starts spooling up I get a horrible noise like it's sucking in way to much air, I've checked all the pipes for holes/cracks/ripps and can't seem to find any. Any ideas??

Its not over boosting is it? My turbo did that, it had a massive surge of air that was louder than my Dv!

Without sounding like a knob lol, Im not really clued up on all that so wouldn't know how to tell
