Default Won't rev above 3k

My 4wd saph has developed a new problem. It won't rev above 3k and just judders badly. Drives fine below this though.

Any ideas? I've ordered a new fuel filter but any other obvious cause I could check?

I think it's a fueling problem on mine as I changed the fuel
filter which made it a hit better. I'm in the process of re-wiring the pump as it's on the original wiring. I'll let you know how I get on.

Can be the engine wiring loom multiplugs at the back of the bay, give them a clean and see if that helps.

i would check the sparkplugs first. Or the cables loading to them. After that the ignition and indeed the fuel filter.

As said more info needed really on what it's doing? Will it do it if you rev it above this when stationary or only under load and is it in every gear?
