i like the idea of the zetec in there, I have a capri with a 2.1 pinto/45's etc. its got 158BHP (but still has the 1.6 badges on the back!)

How much did it cost for all the zetec mounting bits and water rail, pump etc. me and mates want to do a similar thing to a manky old 4 door MK2 escort on a real tight budget.......... any info from anyone would be appreciated.
cheers

if you were going to do it properly then about Ł500 for the trick bits. but you can make most of it your slef, engine mounts, sump, alt bracketts etc. if you are anygood with a welder that is.

Default the size of ur exhaust

i am concerned that the size of mr capris exhaust is too large for the size of his engine and i am worried that he wont be able to handle a big old bird like me sitting on him. i would like to recommend to him a solution...investing in a larger engine or a smaller exhaust will dramatically solve this problem. however a more effective solution would be just to simply get rid of my fat arse and use his over sized exhaust to find a slightly more toned mrs capri. xx
