SAP are just a pattern part manufacturer, ive got a 3 door/escos front indicator made by them new in the box.

My mate just bought a pair of Amber rear lights for his saff and they fit really well and they come with the gaskets

Yes there was a 3door at ford fair last year it had saph style rear lamps, the car was left hand drive n lad says it was from austrialia and was factory spec...
