Default TUNING A RS TURBO S2

hi ya can any one help does any one know how much it would cost to tune my rst to 210bhp+ and where is the best place to have it done any reply i would be greatfull cheers.

you cant "tune" an ERST to 210bhp wish it was that simple

your gonna need to chip it, get a better IC, hybrid turbo, uprated plugs/leads, lower compression, cam etc etc. you get the idea
unless of course you have these bits?

Even closer to you is Power engineering in Uxbridge go straight down the A40. this company knows their stuff about tuning Escort turbos. Log on to www.powerengineering.co.uk

Yup,they tuned mine to 231 bhp.

Get the bits nd do it urself , apart from setting up , ull save a small fortune

Matey for 200 bhp (roughly) ull need chip £300 , big intercooler £300 , cam/pulley £300 , stage 2 hybrid £550 , plugs and leads £70 , stainless exzaust system £300 , setting up £60-£150 , for money and general hassle i would really think about forgetting low comps and even hybrid turbo ( if your turbo is ok) and go for a good reliable set up with 14-18psi of boost and your talking 180-(200bhp) just a thought , but for complete reliability and more power go for a fancy head , and low comps and add a extra£700-£1000 and this is all labour free
