Default T4 turbo

After a bit of advice, when i started my car today i noticed a small amount of condensation coming out of the turbo where the wastegate bolts on, when warm there is nothing and still appears to be driving o.k, it was rebuilt by CR turbos about 1500 miles ago, is there a gasket inbetween there that i can change as it appears to be bolted metal to metal or is this Normal/O.k.

Thanks pete
