I was at the track day there today, behind a M3 all the way, he never got more than 100 feet ahead of me, even on the straight, I was in the gf's astra 1.4 merit AUTO so thought I did well tbh!!
Anyway must say it is a ace track, with some bits sure to catch people out, I was 2nd out of around 35 cars, and didn't even try and go fast, only the M3 ahead of me, had bentleys, skylines etc eating my dust, and as it was my first time on track I must say I was pretty pleased with myself, even had a passenger, and my astra is almost std!!
Well worth a day there anyway, the staff are ace as well, I just couldn't actually get past the M3 but still enjoyed my first track day.

my personal favorite is GT2 on the playstation but ive also heard forza has some good tracks too

 

I wasn't on the play station, don't have one either, lad has x box, I hate the bloody things, no dreaming going on either, can you get 1.4 astra auto mk3 on the ps etc I might be interested.
What I say is 100% TRUE in every detail and not been smoking anything either, briefing was 12 o'clock, went on track at 12:30, even left from gate at podium not from the pits, even when the light was red!!
Thinking this might occur it was video'd via phone, so have the evidence!

Tracks are great fun. I had a Honda S2000 move over for me as he couldn't get away and left an R32 Golf behind me a couple of years ago

 

I never went over 40mph, neither did the M3!!
I did two laps then came in!!
They stopped the racing while I did this, nice people!!
It was a PARADE LAP/s, to show people the new circuit, no racing allowed ha ha!!

really enjoyed it yesterday even though i spun a shell!
it was my first time on track so have nothing to compare it to but think i've got the bug.

I did wonder what had happened, spotted it loaded up before the end of the day
Watch that bug, when it bites it bites hard. Look at me i left there 17:30 and got in the door this morning 03:00 got to be an easier pass time!!
